Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot by messaging us on WhatsApp. Cancellations after the technician is dispatched may incur the travel fee. Re-wash guarantee Not satisfied? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll re-do the affected areas free of charge. Refunds For one-time services, any advance paid is refunded to the original method within 5–7 working days if we can't deliver the service and a re-wash isn't suitable. Most services are pay-after-service. Memberships Memberships can be cancelled anytime; the unused portion is refunded pro-rata (based on washes remaining), less any first-month benefit used.
